Bistro Holvi is located in the historic volunteer fire brigade building, adjacent to Mikkeli Theatre. Our goal is to create a high-quality yet relaxed dining experience with effortless service. The menu evolves with the seasons, availability of ingredients, and the creative ideas of our head chef, Roope Rask. Bistro Holvi serves both lunch and dinner—along with theater refreshments and catering services.

Our food philosophy follows the "local & global" approach, where quality and craftsmanship are key. We use an abundance of local ingredients, and luckily, Saimaa provides us with plenty!
