Hietala Organic Farm, located in Hirvensalmi, specializes in raising Highland Cattle. Our cattle graze on grass grown exclusively on our farm, without the use of any concentrated feed. During the summer, the herd plays a crucial role in maintaining traditional biotopes, and their diverse diet, especially during the grazing season, contributes to the meat's uniquely rich and delicious flavor.
The journey from pasture to plate is short and transparent. We personally transport our cattle and sell the high-quality meat directly from our farm shop to consumers, as well as to local shops and restaurants. Hietala Organic Farm's meat is highly sought after.
