True to its name, Olavinlinna Restaurants operates within the historic Olavinlinna Castle, located in the heart of Lake Saimaa. During the summer season, the restaurant is open daily from May to August and provides catering for the Savonlinna Opera Festival. In the winter months, the restaurant primarily serves as a venue for private events.
Olavinlinna Restaurants prioritize locally produced ingredients whenever possible. Sustainability is a core value, reflected in the restaurant’s Green Key and Sustainable Travel Finland certifications.
