Putkisalo Manor is a traditional sheep farm, where farming and sheep breeding are practiced and sustainable sheep meat is produced. The lambs graze with their mothers in the estate's organic fields from May to September, maintaining the valuable traditional landscapes.
Putkisalo Manor's lamb delicacies are a great opportunity to enjoy the manor's summer dinners. D.O. A delicious four-course lamb menu designed by D.O.Saimaa Chef Ilkka Arvola will be served in the beautifully restored and atmospheric ballroom of the manor house. To accompany your dinner, you can also order a carefully selected wine package to match the menu. Dinner will be followed by a short presentation of the colourful history of the estate, dating back to the 1500s.
