At our farm, we raise Highland Cattle organically.

To us, the cattle aren’t merely livestock; each animal knows its name and comes when called. The herd dynamics are fascinating to observe, and we can recognize from the slightest cues if any member of the herd is in distress or behaving unusually.

Animal welfare and providing a life that reflects their natural behaviors is the number one priority on our farm, explains Laura, the farm owner.

During the summer months, our cattle graze on the nutrient-rich pastures of our farm and partner farms, while in winter, they stay close to the farmyard with access to shelters and small forested areas. The animals are used to handling, and we brush them whenever possible. The shelters and wooded areas are also equipped with brushes, allowing the animals to scratch themselves even when the farm owners are busy with other tasks.

Our high-quality organic meat is available for purchase directly from the farm, where you can also meet our animals during your visit. We sell meat to consumers, retailers, and restaurants and are open by appointment.

The journey of livestock from the farm to the slaughterhouse is kept as short and stress-free as possible. Our trusted partner handles the transport, treating the animals with respect. Slaughtering and butchering are also carried out professionally by our long-term partner.
