Suomen Lammasosuuskunta is a cooperative owned by more than 150 sheep farmers. Sheep farms in Finland are typically small, with an average of only about 70 ewes per farm. By joining forces, we are able to offer domestic lamb and mutton to retailers, consumers, and restaurants all across Finland.

We have several member farms in the beautiful and pristine surroundings of Lake Saimaa, where they help preserve the cultural and historical landscape. The lamb meat produced on these farms carries the D.O. Saimaa label – 100% goodness from Lake Saimaa!
